Acceptable Use Policy
Draft — last updated for Phase 3C.
Template — not legal advice. This page is a starting-point draft, not a document a lawyer has reviewed or approved for this business. It must be reviewed by qualified counsel before this product is offered commercially, and nothing on this page should be taken as a claim of legal or regulatory compliance.
When using ProcessKit, you agree not to:
- Record workflows containing another person's credentials, payment details, or sensitive personal data beyond what the product's own on-device redaction is designed to catch.
- Attempt to bypass, disable, or interfere with tenant isolation, rate limiting, or any other security control.
- Use the Service to generate content that is unlawful, infringing, or that impersonates a real person or organization without authorization.
- Probe, scan, or test the Service's security without prior written authorization (see our Security page for how to report a vulnerability responsibly instead).
- Resell or provide the Service to third parties except as your plan explicitly allows (e.g. inviting your own organization's members).
- Send excessive automated traffic that degrades the Service for other customers.
