These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of ProcessKit (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

ProcessKit lets you record a browser workflow and generate documentation, training material, and test cases from it. Free, Pro, and Business plans have different limits and features, described on the Pricing page and enforced by the plan you are subscribed to.

2. Accounts and organizations

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. An organization's owner is responsible for the members they invite and the content those members create within that organization.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to capture, store, or process data you are not authorized to handle, including another person's credentials, payment details, or other sensitive personal information beyond what the Service's own redaction is designed to prevent. See the Acceptable Use Policy for detail.

4. Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Downgrading a plan never deletes existing content; it only blocks new activity beyond the new plan's limits, as described in our billing documentation. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless stated otherwise.

5. Data deletion

You may delete your account or organization at any time. Organization deletion begins a recovery window (documented separately) before data is permanently and irreversibly removed. See Privacy Policy and our account/org deletion documentation for detail.

6. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
